Jack's One Year Cake Smash! To The Moon!

Jack celebrated his birthday with a moon cake! It was even blue and white marbled on the inside!

It's might look like this is photographed in a studio, but this was in their home dining room! Mom and I moved the dinner table and rolled up the rug. I was actually sitting under the dinner table most of the time while I was photographing Jack. I was also being assisted by the family dog. I enjoy going into the family's home to photograph cakes smashes. It is generally more comfortable for the baby/ toddler to be in their own space. All I need is a 10x10 area with a hard floor. I bring the giant paper roll and lighting, that doesn't need plugged in.

The bubble bath at the end of the cake smash is my favorite part. It is even better when mom blows the bubbles for me!
